A second round of free N95 mask collection starts on 23 October, and Singaporeans aged 60 and above can now collect two masks each, up from the earlier cut-off of 67 and above, at community clubs, vending machines at public transport hubs, social service offices and other People's Association venues. Those who were eligible in the first round but have not collected yet can get four masks at any community club, with about 22% of eligible Singaporeans having collected so far.
