Property services group LHN has launched Jubiliv, an eldercare service starting with a pilot of five senior-friendly units at 31 Boon Lay Drive that come with caregiver support, medication management, shared amenities and active ageing activities. It is aimed at seniors who need more help than independent living but not the intensity of a nursing home, and the units have AI fall detection and emergency call features, with a standalone eldercare facility planned next.
